The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the town center and popular tourist areas near the beach and seafront, plus the room was clean and had tea available.

It had a great and good setting near to the more tourist areas, the beachfront and town centre. Shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets were available here.

My recent stay at Little Gem In Kemptown was absolutely fantastic! The studio flat was exceptionally clean and well set up. Joanne, the owner, was incredibly helpful and provided useful information about the area. Unlike other accommodations I've stayed at, the flat was very quiet with no noise from neighbors. It was conveniently located near the Concorde 2 venue and just a short, pleasant walk to the beachfront. I had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again.
